I applied for this summer internship in the end of February 2010. In March, I was asked to complete an online numerical test. 2 days after doing so, I was invited to an Assessment Center for the following week. The assessment center consisted of a case study and presentation, a group exercise based on the same case study, but with additional information and different objectives, and two individual interviews. Mostly competency and motivational, but they also required some basic industry knowledge. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, overall a positive experience. I was then offered the position after a couple days.

Hirevue was used for interview process. A bit impersonal but professional. I would say that they likely have thousands of applicants for each role and its important to take into account the culture and people who work at JP Morgan have certain ideals they uphold that you must adhere to.
