Did a Hireview interview then a few months later invited to the AC. AC was just interviews. No group work or case study. Then if they liked you they would do a final round of interviews ( not always the case)

Question 1
Commerical Awareness is key. i.e tell me what's going on recently and how does that impact the FED?
Process was three rounds. First two were back to back 30 minute interviews w VPs. Conversational in nature. 2nd was a 30 minute call with two MDs/Bankers. 3rd was double checking your interest in the role

Interview
The overall process took 3 to 4 months. The wait was nerve wrecking but it gave me ample time to prepare. I enjoyed my time at the assessment center albeit it being virtual.
