I was first selected for numerical and verbal assessment test. Just do reasonably ok for the tests and you should go to the next round. Then I received a telephone interview at a pre-scheduled date that was informed to me via email. The interviewer asked these basic interview questions 1) A self-introduction question 2) "Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses" 3) "Why JP Morgan?" 4) "Do you prefer Tech or Ops?" 5) "Anything else to add?"
I received no news after the telephone interview for about a month, and I checked their online portal, I was rejected.
It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.
