after submitted the CV and application things, you will join a series of games to assess your ability and then will receive a video interview invitation by hirevue, and you have 3 questions to answer and have 30s to prepare and 2 mins to answer, have 1 more chance to record again

three questions video interview, the questions are quite basic, motivation questions and competencies questions. I can't remember all the questions, but don't worry there is no tricky one. All that they asked should have been prepared by anyone who is seriously on finding a job
