The interview process was extensive and and across multiple locations. The process was clearly communicated at first, but seemed to diminish over time and ended up feeling very disconnected in the end.

There wasn't really anything difficult or unexpected, the interviews were about technologies both specific and regarding the leadership of. Those were easy to handle, and the interviewers were easy to deal with.
