Medium to hard interview. Need to prepare for a case once you get in the building, won’t have much time to read through it cause it’s huge. You do a written test and then 3 rounds of interviews.

But they will ask you whether you think they should lend to the client. And what type of lending it should be; debt or equity ?

Interviewers are super nice and make you feel comfortable throughout, they give you hints if you’re stuck. No group work in the assessment centre. It will be a case study, technical interview and behavioural interview.
