As it was my first experience in life for a job, I started well before time so that I may not be late. I reached there well in time. There was a big hall there and about 35 candidates were waiting for their chance.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Mar 2009
Interview
applied online, got a call from them about 2 weeks later, was asked about 5 min about the position and what hours I want to work. Then about a week later got a call from a branch manager who asked to come down for the interview and was offered a position. Probably because they had to hire someone within time frame.

Question 1
If I was an angry customer, how would you respond?
It was super easy, and they asked very straight forward questions, and made me feel super comfortable. They asked me a few questions, they mostly wanted to know how personable I am.
Easy to track system, was well informed of the process and what to expect from the recruiter and hiring team. Clear and concise overall. I wish all processes with companies were this simple.
