I had two phone conversations with the Financial Advisor, one which was intended just as an informational interview about Wealth Management and another in which he expressed his interest in hiring me. I then met the FA and his Junior FA twice in New York for more formal interviews.

Very quick process, two weeks from initial phone screen to offer. First was screen with recruiter, then with client service managers, then with the team. Team interview was in person, two panels of 4 people each. All very friendly and easily relatable

I met with someone in HR who went over previous work experience and asked questions that were relevant to the finance industry, then interviewed with the entire team through 1:1 interviews about 30 min each. The interview process took about half a day.
