Hirevue, phone interview, superday . One on one interview with VP or ED. Very nice atmosphere. you really get to feel what the firm is about simply by being in the interview room.

Interview
Only one round of video interview. Asked basic finance concepts and quant problems. It was mostly behavioral and they wanted to know why I was interested in finance. It'd be beneficial knowing about economic news. Being confident and thinking on your feet is the key.

Interview
Two phone interviews and then assessment day. Phone interviews were mainly motivational except some more in depth questions on the role. One of them was with a VP of the department who was kind and explained his daily work very well. However, what was less pleasant was the assessment centre. There were a lot of candidates and the atmosphere was overly competitive.
