there was the application process where you had to give your motivations for applying to jp morgan and talk about a recent news article that interested you.
The next step was an Assessment Centre which comprised of 3 interviews and a group task
Nice ppl, walk thru the campus. Good benefits, decent meals. Galley is also very nice. Not sure about career progression. Not able to work from home.not flexible. Maybe it ll change in the future. But will see. Nobody knows what gonna happen

Group interview, no case asked. They ask a bunch of questions about your skills for the position. They are mostly interested in your interest on the financial world and how you can contribute to the operations team.
