Interview
I received a call from the HR about interview and was asked to come on the same day. I requested them to reschedule as it was not possible for me to attend at such a short notice. They then told me that they will confirm and schedule a telephonic interview on the same day in the evening. I never received any confirmation instead I got a direct interview call in the evening. This was very unprofessional on their part.
On top of that the interviewing lady had no politeness and was very condensending. As if doing a favour on me by giving me an opportunity to interview with them. The questions asked were in no way relevant to my experience and suitable for a fresher. I was asked a few full forms and a few definitions. The interviewer had zero courtesy to even describe the job description.
When I explained about my job profile, she was blunt enough to blurt out are those the only things? I lost it at that point. I work for a top most MNC for more than half a decade and these arrogant and ignorant people think they can say anything to candidates just because they are hiring?
Totally negative experience.
Campus interview - asked questions about interest in following market trends, ran through case studies of a couple companies in a sector, discussed impact of geopolitical events to businesses, and some basic accounting questions. Then discussed long term goals and reason for interest in the space.
Asked abt markets. Hobbies. Rates. Asset allocation. Background, why I want the job, why JPMorgan, time when I faced difficult decision, typical behavioral questions not anything super crazy outlandish. Good luck
The interview process was excellent and highly professional. They focused entirely on relevant, market-specific questions that perfectly aligned with current industry standards. This allowed me to thoroughly discuss my background and demonstrate how my specific work experience directly relates to the role. Overall, it was a comprehensive and well-structured conversation that gave me a great opportunity to showcase my expertise and professional value.
