I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at J. Crew (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied on-line, in which I was contacted a week latter by Recruiting. Phone interview was scheduled, and two weeks latter I was scheduled for an in-person interview. However there issues following after meeting with management. I received calls and emails from Recruitment that I was one of the selected candidates to go forward for a final round of interviews. I was constantly stalled as if I were a back-up if the first choice didn't work.

Question 1
Questions were not difficult; I found the "five year question" a bit dated, especially for the position interviewed for.
I interviewed at the beginning of the year. The interview went well, but after that, they ghosted me. I sent follow-up emails but never received a response. It feels like they wasted my time.

Question 1
Why do you like being an Administrative Assistant?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J. Crew (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied for the job in January, had a phone interview early February, and then interviewed 3 different times before an offer was made at the end of March. Each interview day I met on average with 3-5 people for hours at a time. Although the questions were not difficult, the process was very extensive.
