15-30 minute chat to gauge the kind of person you are. Went for a walk outside the retail location and actually held the interview outdoors along Burlingame Avenue. It was a very casual interview that I believe was meant to see more of the interviewee's personality.

The interview process was extremely friendly, welcoming and simple. They asked about 3 to 4 questions followed by asking if I had any additional comments for the company and culture.

It was an easy interview with easy questions where they asked me about myself and how I would describe myself and what I would contribute to the job and why I like fashion.
