The process is rather straightforward, it is very helpful, unique, and even forgiving if you lack experience. They are more than willing to teach you all you need to know yo suceed at this job.

The questions are built around asking whether you are dedicated, helpful, even personable over a phone or courteous in general. It is important to them that they find Apple people who will dedicate their time and Sanity for some of the more delicate situations in customer service

Interview
Two interviews, both very friendly and professional. Both face to face. I was a customer first and was encouraged to apply for a position. I was offered a job at a different location than where I initially applied.
