I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J. Crew (Atlantic City, NJ) in May 2013
Interview
The entire interview process felt pretty relax, almost like talking to your group project leader in school. Was one-on-one and we breezed by it in about half an hour or so. Was a fairly casual interview process. Started out with the manager talking a bit about the company and asking what I know about the company or what made me interested in working for them. The manager asked me no more than ten interview questions which we breezed through.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at J. Crew (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was extremely friendly, welcoming and simple. They asked about 3 to 4 questions followed by asking if I had any additional comments for the company and culture.

Interview
It was an easy interview with easy questions where they asked me about myself and how I would describe myself and what I would contribute to the job and why I like fashion.
