pretty Regular interview, was a relaxed style interview. Ensure to do your research of the company so you can have all the answers ahead of time. Very big on production numbers and budgeting.

Please give a in-depth description of your budgeting plan, and how it improved.
Was called for an initial phone screen, typical scheduling. Questions seemed generic and I wondered if they even cared about my qualifications or experience so that tells me they likely had an internal candidate or the recruiter was not very experienced.

Drug test & simple managerial and resume questions. A lot of past experience & inquire into the background. They are looking for people who are capable of managing truck drivers and other managers.
