QUal seu maior desafio no ultimo trabalho e explique pq
The interview process was extremely unprofessional. They have no respect for candidates.
The HR first called me to do a video interview right away. It was a Friday afternoon and I didn't have any time to prepare. After she sent me the link, she didn't approve me to enter the video chat. I asked her permission to enter the video chat, and she just ghosted me. Totally nonsense.

Interview
It was just a very basic interview. Asking about acadamic backgrounds and language proficiency. It was pretty straight-forward, but did not seem too professional in my opinion. Overall it was not hard.
