Three weeks from time of application to video interview via Zoom. The interview consisted of a group panel comprised of 7 members of the Ivy Tech faculty and staff. Each member of the panel asked questions in rotation.

I applied on the ATS system with my focused resume and other career documents. I received a follow up email weeks later I had a first round virtual inteview with direct supervisor and others in Career Servcies office. I had a second on-campus interview with direct managers of the department at the time and had to present a 5-10 minute presentation. After second interview, I did receive an offer letter to sign from HR via the ATS system.
