The interview process at Ivy was efficient and informative. My interviewer was very transparent with me and was able to answer all the questions I had about the company, benefits, and specific location I'll be working at. The questions I was asked focused on getting to know my personal therapy preferences/style as well as how I would handle a variety of difficult situations that may come up.
