Be ready for a long process. At first, they give you a HR Phone Interview, a more technical Skype Interview, and then another technical Phone Interview (which repeated the same questions on the Skype Interview. After that, they invite you to attend their one week orientation, which is basically just the first week of training. All of it is completely optional for this first week. It is just to get a feel for what they do. It's a pretty friendly environment, the trainers are pretty good, and they teach you from their experience, which is nice. They do give assignments and projects that help you practice what you are learning, just like going to class. I enjoyed that part. After the first week, they evaluate you, which is basically just making sure you have the potential to keep up with what they're teaching you. After this, they will give you an 18 month contract to sign, beginning from the first day of training. WARNING: It all sounds pretty nice, but they require you to lie about 5 years of experience on your resume once you are finished with training and start interviewing with their clients. I tried to talk my way out of it, but they basically give you two options: fabricate companies and experience and work for them, or don't. There's no way around it. So if you're fine with that, then go for it.
