Filled online application and followed it up. It was an on site interview. Showed me around while asking questions around. It was very friendly and people were willing to help.

Question 1
It was based on past experience, if i had any problems with working long hours. Medical conditions, limitations. Working hours, weather problems. Pretty basic since i had good records and recommendations.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Itella (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
Itella job portal only support certain versions of Mozilla browser, nothing else. That was the most challenging part of the process :-)
I had only one interview with a hiring manager, he spoke about department structure, current IT landscape and visions for future.
Even though interview and process were OK, I put it as negative experience as nobody contacted back with a feedback. It's a pity they don't have few minutes to reply to a candidate, but not much of a difference from many other companies nowadays.
