I applied online. I interviewed at It's Just Lunch (Portland, OR) in Feb 2017
Interview
Initially contacted by a recruiter. Went through a telephone interview, then a face-to-face with a sales manager. Finally a mock-call with Melissa Brown, the CEO of IJL ,
Interviews are done remotely, they look for bubbly personalIties with a consultative approach. It’s hard to be promoted within the company unless things have changed. Need to be able to build rapport remóntelo and quickly .
Go through 2-3 rounds. The final round is actually how it would be if this was your job. Super easy, just read from a script. Sound as positive as possible

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at It's Just Lunch (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2019
Interview
Staffing company was the first contact. They gave me false information about how long the training pay lasted. Then interviewed with the local sales manager. It was very cut and dried. Was required to do a role play with the CEO via phone.
