Interview
There is a nice HR manager currently but for hiring in this company advice of another employee is important. Interview is not a big problem, one must show his willingness to work and succeed and if the qualifications (school, past experience etc) and then it is OK.

They will just ask you to tell about yourself in English and to check about your fluency and composition capability and then they will make an English test.
