I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Isomorphic Labs (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
1- A friendly initial call 2- Few hours long technical test 3- Never get back to you.
I would say they have been posting same job over 2 years. I dont think they have intention to recruit.
They have few rounds of interview, I would say do not be very helpful, I have gone through 2 job processes. At some point, feel like they disappear all of a sudden and never get back to you, no respect for the time I invested to do tecnical test either. I dont know what they are trying to do. Feels like ghostposting same jobs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Initial round: Backround dive, right to work staff, relocation

Application
I interviewed at Isomorphic Labs
Interview
Long and arduous, with little or sporadic communication. After jumping through all the many hoops, they just ghosted and gave no response. Every interviewer was late, and it was like they were coming up with questions on the spot; very ill prepared, and some of them didn't even know who you were or what position you were interviewing for.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Isomorphic Labs in Oct 2024
Interview
I interviewed for a Machine Learning Engineer position at IsomorphicLabs, and the process was quite comprehensive. It consists of an initial interview with a recruiter, a take-home assignment consisting of two parts that took a few hours to complete, and four virtual onsite interviews:
1. Algorithms and Data Structures: a medium-level LeetCode-style question, similar to what you’d expect from most tech companies.
2. ML Debugging: a collaborative session focused on troubleshooting ML-related issues
3. Hiring Manager Discussion: covering ML theory and a practical case
4. Behavioral and Cultural Fit: Assessing alignment with the company’s values.
The interviewers were outstanding, with a few standing out as the best I’ve encountered in my career. The talent coordinator was also very helpful and supportive throughout, making the entire process enjoyable. Overall, IsomorphicLabs has a remarkable culture and a team of genuinely great people, making it a fantastic place to work.
