Island Hospitality interview questions

Interview was great, there were several thought provoking questions that gave me an opportunity to share my expertise, wisdom and knowledge. Interviewer was, in my opinion, not dressed professionally, however; wearing a hoodie. They did not introduce themselves hospitably, or give a warm welcome; we dove right in to interview questions where the entire process was maybe 15 minutes. The only question that didn't seem to sit well with the interviewer was that I may not be available on Sundays, for religious obligations, but would not mind accommodating if needed. 13 minutes after the interview I received an email that stated "after careful consideration" I was rejected for the position.

Applied online, one phone interview then one in person. Both were fairly straightforward, they were looking for a desire to work hard and an ability to use Office programs.
