I was also told by the external recruiiter that ISIO want someone who goes "above and beyond".

I time boxed this task to 3 hours, translating the business requirements into automated tests as I took a TDD approach. I completed all the requirements, and added additional validation logic. I stand behind my code's quality.
The "feedback" I received was that it did not match the quality expected from my CV. Perhaps they were expecting an Azure function? I'll never know as they didn't elaborate.
This company doesn't respect its candidates time and is unable to offer any real critique of code submissions.
