I had already applied for this position two years ago. Back then, the hiring process started with a take-home assignment to design a cryogenic valve. That was followed by a technical interview and even an offer. However, at the time I accepted another opportunity and didn’t start at Isar.
The current interview process built on the previous technical interview. It lasted about 1.5 hours and covered technical topics as well as leadership. After that came an interview with the HR department and the salary negotiations. The contract was prepared extremely quickly — within just a few days.
All in all, I can say the entire process was incredibly clean, pragmatic, and goal-oriented. I’m absolutely satisfied with everyone’s work involved!
