The interview process was very smooth and straightforward. There was an initial screening and than the main interview with the team. I was than contacted by the recruiter. All the team members were nice and accommodating.

Interview
Applied online. Phone screened 3 weeks later. Interviewed in person few days after the phone screen. Interview was pleasant, professional. It lasted 2 hours, which is typically a good sign. At the end, the hiring manager emphasized the great benefits that the company offers as well as the great culture/ work environment that the company provides for its employees, followed by an invitation to call or email with any questions I may still have about the position. That night, I completed the online application and emailed the hiring manager with some questions about the position. A week later I sent another email to follow up. The hiring manager never responded to my questions and never responded to my follow up email, which is strange given how responsive this hiring manager was in the beginning. After reading the reviews, this sounds like the modus-operandi of this company and/or the modus operandi of this hiriring manager. Avoiding/ignoring a candidate, specially via email is a terrible thing to do. Totally unprofessional.
