Technical rounds and managerial rounds are taken on the same day. For me I did not know what I was in for because there was no clarity given on the project and there was lot of miscommunication and mismanagement after I joined.Practice your discernment and try to dig deeper about the role your are going to taken on.Negotiate better salary.

Brush up your skills and do not expect them to offer you a competitive package in you pass technical round and managerial round.
I had a negative experience with this company. They seem to engage in discriminatory hiring procedures and quickly rejecting qualified candidates. Management should look into the HR department. Overall, this was not an example of how to run a business.
