I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
After online application I was called by HR for an initial screening. After the screening I was asked to come in for an interview to meet with 3 people individually. A little over 3 weeks later I sent a follow up email to HR to inquire about the status of my application and was asked to come in for a second interview to meet with 3 more people. A few days after I was asked to come in for a 3rd interview the following week and met with 4 more new people. 2 days after the third interview I was offered a position.
During the interview process I was also asked to provide basic documents (school transcript, SAT/ACT scores, references)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard questions were asked during the interviews: How do you handle having many tasks at once? Would you say you are detail oriented and big picture? What is one weakness? etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
