Firsts essay kind of questions :
When did you last see a brand marketing or communicating in an interesting way through advertising? Why was this interesting (either in a good or bad way) & what do you think the brand was trying to achieve?
In your opinion, what is the best new product or service launched by a brand in the past 12 months? Why is this and what consumer needs do you think this innovation is addressing?
,then gaming test, which is not difficult if you practice or watch videos on youtube. The last game is impossible to finish but try to spend more time on that to show your persistence , then interview on MS team

Interview
Two in person interviews, first was with the CEO following by two directors. Interview questions were not out to trick you, just see where your interests lie and where you would best fit in the company since it's a graduate programme.
