I applied online. I interviewed at Ipsos in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process was very long and extensive. I had 3 phone interviews and heard back from each of the interviews fairly quick. And then I had an in person interview where I met with 3 different people. Ask the basic interview questions and pretty informal. They said I would hear back either way. I hadn't heard back for a week so I emailed the HR and no response. I emailed the HR again a week later and no response so I assume I had just been ghosted. HR finally emailed me back more than 3 weeks later asking to speak on the phone. HR called me after all that time to let me know they went with another candidate. Very weird....
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
