firstly i got a call from the hr. they asked me if i m interested for a change. i revert in positive. then he give me the time for a telephonic interview. the telephonic interview is purely technical. And i made it. then the hr call me on the same day asked me to come to there office for a written test. The test was technical + aptitude. i also made that one. then after 2 hours they called me for a face to face technical interview. the interview was not so easy. but pure technical.
