1st: Screening call
2nd: Psychometric tests
3rd and 4th stage: interviews with HR and Managers
During the screening call, the HR officer clearly said that I progressed to the next stage and before hanging up, changed to "I do not know whether you will make it to the next stage", which shows inconsistency.
The Officer made some ironic remarks about the applicant's resume and academic background.
