Standard 30 min phone screen. Was told I would hear back, and after 2 weeks of no response I sent a follow up email. Recruiter told me the position was no longer hiring, but suggested another position. I said I would be interested and a second interview via video call was scheduled. Video call was cancelled less than 12 hours before the interview and was automatically rescheduled during work hours. I said I could not interview during work hours and they told there was only one day I could do it or else it would have to wait another week. Showed up to the video call and clearly it was the first time the interviewer opened up my resume, told me I was overqualified within 10 minutes and that was the end of it. The recruiter was fabulous, very nice, very understanding, easy to work with. The rest of the company seems incredibly disorganized. Whole process took 5 weeks.
