Interview
I had a panel interview with 4 people. Questions were very impersonal, no comments or questions about my experience, skills, resume, interest in the role, etc. Questions were very specific and gave no context as to why I would be a fit for the role. This is also the first company where the recruiter who was so nice during the process ghosted me after the rejection email was sent. I sent a nice follow up thanking her, expressing my interest in the company and future roles, no response. Emailed her again about a similar role that was posted a few weeks later, no response. Very disappointing and I no longer want to work here.

Standard questions as well as what do you know about Invitae and why do you want to work here. Also asked to share knowledge of oncology and how the industry has grown in order to help patients.

I applied online, was invited for the first interview. First possible date was in a month only. But after it was rescheduled twice by recruiter. Recruiter was aggressive and arrogant during first video call. I wouldn't want to work with such people.
