Interview for 5 rounds with different directors via zoom, then final interview is face-to-face. 2 tests involved, modelling and scenario questions, which is quite reasonable if have related experience. Very friendly interview process.

Focus on showcasing your strategic design thinking and business alignment.
Prepare concise examples of past projects that illustrate your impact.
Senior Designer Interview:
Have a well-organized Figma file ready to present and discuss.
Be prepared to explain design decisions and tools in detail.
HR Interview:
Highlight your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Research the company’s mission and values to align your responses.
Phone call followed by online interview. Phone call was with a recruiter and was very brief. Online interview was more detailed. Was interested in the position but the company took a long time in between rounds to get back to me so I chose another position.
