Interview
I walked into a small office in the back of "The Pavillion." The office was blasting music I guess to appeal to a younger crowd that it is a "cooler" work enviroment. However, the company began to be a little fishy. They asked me to fill out an application but it had a different company's name on it. I was recruited for Source Interactive but on the application it was Intuitive Marketing Strategies so I was immeadiately skeptical. I was interviewed by a guy named "Evan" and his partner. It was generally a basic interview and then I find out during the interview that the Entry Level Account Manager Position is actually A PROGRAM TO GET YOU TO THAT POSITION. If granted, the position you would start out as a commission based sales rep. in Costco's selling Verizon FiOS pacages and such. Careful how

Interview
I was called in for an interview at their KOP office. They scheduled another person to interview at the same time as me and made me wait another 20 minutes which I thought was weird off the bat. The two guys interviewing were laughing and joking around the entire time. They broadcasted this position as a Marketing Associate but that really meant going into Costco stores and selling Verizon products. Seemed like a scam to me. They called me back within two hours of the interview and offered a 2nd interview; I declined and said the job posting was misleading and I was not looking for a sales position.

Interview
I applied online from one of the major job boards, either Monster or Indeed. They were quick to follow up with me and have a phone interview, it went well and I was invited in to meet face to face. The face to face interview was very brief and straight forward.
