I had two separate interview processes with this company.
The first time, I went through four interviews. The final interview was scheduled with the hiring manager, Mr. Peterson, who never showed up. After that, I never heard back from the company.
Two years later, I was contacted again by a manager from the U.S. asking if I was still interested. Since I found the company and its product very interesting, I agreed to go through the process again. This time I completed five interviews. In the end, I was told they had already chosen another candidate and would fill the position internally because that person had prior DaVinci experience.
Overall, I found the process very time-consuming and unprofessional. It felt like the decision had already been made before the interviews even started.
