Talked with recruiter over the phone, then with a hiring manager for a first round behavioral. For final round, I interviewed with the team I would be working with. They asked a wide variety of questions that were outside of my area of expertise (hardware and engineering questions, whereas my experience is in software), but were very helpful when I told them I wasn't experienced in an area but was willing to give it a shot.
process went fast so far (2 rounds), haven't finished yet. They care more about how you match the position they are hiring for. So far so good, they will reach out and push forward the process
