Intuit Technical Program Manager interview questions

The interview panel was totally new to Intuit. The interviewers had poor technical skill based on the non software background they might have come from. The hiring manager clearly did not work on major software products. Worse part my interview was spread across PST and IST pannel. If 1 interview happened in 8:30 PM IST than the next happened at 9:30 AM IST.

1. Phone screen with a TPM. 2. Onsite with a small team. I had to prepare and present an imaginary new program based on some criteria they have me a few days before.
