I had two round of phone interviews, the first one with the recruiter to assess my background and general experience level, and a second one with a fellow designer on past projects, contribution and design process. I was invited on site for a full-day interview, which consisted of a 1-hour portfolio review with the team, 5 1:1 sessions with designers, PM and the hiring manager. The 1:1s covered a range of topics, from behavioral questions to design challenges.
