My process started with a couple of calls from the recruiter for initial screening and to schedule next steps. Next, I had a phone interview with one of the team leads. About 1-2 weeks later, I went in for a portfolio review with multiple team members; one-on-one interview with director; and small-group design exercise (all completed in one day, about 4-5 hours total). Overall, the process was very organized and thorough/detailed. The interviewers were all extremely discerning, and it was obvious they were looking for a very strong, specific fit for the role, team and company. My recruiter was wonderful, engaged and extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the first call until my first day on the job.
