Hiring was done through temp agency. Interview was a three step process; Phone, face to face with recruiter and face to face with hiring manager. Majority of the entry level positions are filled this way and it is relatively the same process with all the staffing agencies.

Typical generic situation and behavioral questions. Ex. Give an example of a time you had to respond to an unhappy customer. Tell me about a situation when you had to work with beyond your scope of responsibility to resolve an issue. Etc

Non technical questions on walking a customer through an issue. They also had a scenario where you would look at a picture and describe to the interviewer how you would put it together. They focus in customer service but training is tax and systems heavy.
