Had 3 quick interviews and then got ghosted before the final panel interview. The first interview was about 30 minutes and was a screening with HR rep, and the other 2 were with principal product managers. it seems to me that into it has a very dysfunctional recruiting process.

Question 1
Tell me a about an experience where you led a product from idea to launch.
Ghosted, after putting in so much time and effort. I don't think that there is any excuse for ghosting candidates, after multiple follow ups. Its understandable that sometimes situations might have changed, say the role is being put on hold. But the least one can do is to acknowledge that they are working on providing an update.
There is a high level of accountability problem across the board for recruiters these days. They have one job (literally there is someone else for scheduling).
I won't be naming names, but what goes around comes around. After all Its a small recruiters' market.

Some Qs specific to the role as well.
Respectful, challenging, expecting previous experience in the area. Understanding of processes and common challenges, with real examples. Discussions based on description of real scenario situations. Very senior people working and interviewing candidates.

Question 1
Tell us about a product that you like, which feature is missing and why.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
A recruiter on Linkedin reached out about a specific role. I had a 30 minute screening interview with questions around experience and career goals. I was asked to do an urgent interview with the hiring manager the same day. I did not hear back after, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Pretty rude after accommodating their schedule.
