Online application with assessment. Then phone interview; if they like you then you will get an invitation to take another online assessment that tests your research skills and tax knowledge. If you do well you will receive another phone call scheduling you another interview which is 2:1 conference call. Based upon assessments and interviews you may be presented an offer which is contingent upon your system meeting requirements and your background check.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled in Aug 2016. The interviewer contacted the morning of the interview because there was a conflict with a meeting scheduled at the same time. I received 2 more emails the interview would be rescheduled and then the interviewer went dark. I never had the interview. Only the emails that said and I quote
"This is just a reminder that we have scheduled a phone interview for 8/25/2016 at 10am MST. I look forward to speaking with you"

Fours days, testing customer service skils and tax knowledge, final two on one interview. Information given during 4 day process, listen carefully and write notes. You must pay attention to details when they provide instruction. Customer service interview test has many instructions and all will be tested. Easy process and enables Intuit to make good, fast choices.
