Initialling there was an intro call, followed up with a secondary interview (two interviewers) that included a presentation completed by myself, third interview in person with leadership (three interviewers). Overall it was a thorough process, very informative!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intrinsic Schools (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen, followed by an video call, and an actual interview where I was requested to create a presentation based on a prompt. They loved it. Then...another three or four more interviews, with the last two being, in my mind, superfluous and unnecessary, or definitely something that could have been discussed in the follow up to the presentation. Odd, subjective questions, that by the end felt as if they were looking for reasons not to advance me, as opposed to layering on reasons to accept me. All of this stuck out because they're a school, an industry where I have experience, but the interview did not feel like an interview for a school, at all.
