I got recommended by a recruiter. I was then invited to their office. While there I was given the task to develop a Web 2.0 type of web site within 2 hours. They made the evaluation based on this.

They did not mention that they wanted someone with project management skills - I found out after the interview by the recruiter. So I never discussed my PM experience.
