A panel of 3; 2 technical staff and 1 HR. Unfortunately, the interview lead kept cutting me off when I was speaking, and she seemed distracted, even getting on her phone and ignoring me altogether at some point. The other 2 members of the panel seemed embarrassed about their colleague and seemed to overcompensate with unnaturally bright smiles, cheer and encouragement (to me), but it looked like the lead interviewer - who was that department's director - was the end-all, so we were now all just going through the motions.
