Pleasant interview, good attention to details, technical. First I was asked to deacribe my former relevant experience in Enterprise Java, and question proceede about specific tehnology (Spring, JavaEE, Websphere, IBM MQ). Less focus was on alghoritic programming questions.

It was a good interview process. Expect maximum of two iterations. Psychology evaluation and your knowledge and experience. Besides the psychologist or HR specialist you will meet your future boss in the second iteration, so you will get a good perception about the personality and the attitude. It was a pleasant and efficient process

Initial communication via phone then there was testing of IQ and specific skills, Excel to be more precise - advanced user kind of test. Afterwards the interview was conducted to establish of yours previous experience had anything to do with current job as this was very important due to the nature of business.
